We are excited to announce the 2019 Tasty Affair will take place on September 10, at 6:00pm at the Shawnee Expo Center. This year, we will have food vendors from the Shawnee area serving up tasty dishes, beverages, and our annual auction. Please mark your calendars and make every effort to attend this event with us.
The Tasty Affair is not only a great tasting party, but it is also our annual fundraising auction. Last year we auctioned vacation packages, hunting trips, catered parties for 12 with live music, Bedlam tickets, and so much more. This year is shaping up to be another incredible experience.
In addition to the auction items and tasty foods you will have a chance to purchase Golden Tickets to be placed in a raffle for the opportunity to pick an item from the Live Auction prior to the start of the auction.
We are now soliciting donations for our auction. Thank you for your continued support of Shawnee Forward and our mission to advance the vision that is driving Shawnee forward. If you have helped with collecting auction items in the past we would love your help again this year. Please do not hesitate to connect with me and we can add you to our meeting calendar invite.
We ask that Donation Forms be returned to Shawnee Forward by Friday, August 30th and that Auction Items or Certificates be turned in to Shawnee Forward by Thursday, September 5th. This will give our Auction Team ample time to put our auction together, promote auction items, and prepare for our event.
