JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager
ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: Firelake Express Grocery
SUPERVISOR: Store Manager
FLSA: Exempt
SALARY RANGE: Based on Experience
JOB SUMMARY: Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the store director in all aspects. Assistant Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer service. Responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store including measuring business trends, maximizing sales/profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, shortages and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
