Now Hiring Customer Service Representative

Shawnee Forward and Visit Shawnee are currently seeking someone with a professional and warm demeanor to work at the front desk in our offices in Downtown Shawnee.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Shawnee Forward-President/CEO

Salary: $11.00 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Job Duties:

  • Support staff with general operational task
  • Maintain a positive and professional office environment  
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting and directing visitors and guest 
  • Ordering and taking stock of supplies 
  • Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times 
  • Assist with monthly agendas and minutes 

Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
  • Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding communicator, both orally and written
  • Knowledge of Google software
  • Self-starter who works well independently 
  • Business dress attire
  • Punctuality/Attendance
