Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Shawnee Forward-President/CEO
Salary: $11.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Support staff with general operational task
- Maintain a positive and professional office environment
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and directing visitors and guest
- Ordering and taking stock of supplies
- Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times
- Assist with monthly agendas and minutes
Requirements:
- Professional demeanor
- Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
- Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding communicator, both orally and written
- Knowledge of Google software
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Business dress attire
