Shawnee Forward is seeking a full-time Director of Business Operations & Administration to support the work of both our Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development teams. This is a dynamic, member-facing role where you’ll play a key part in building relationships, managing operations, and helping drive the impact of our organization.

In this role, you’ll:

• Oversee daily operations, HR, and office management
   
• Serve as a direct point of contact for members and community partners
   
• Coordinate events, board meetings, and special projects
   
• Manage budgets, invoices, and membership billing
   
• Support communications, marketing, and sponsorship outreach
   
• Keep systems, records, and facilities organized and running smoothly
   

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
   
• A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
   
• Experienced in administration, HR, or operations (bonus if chamber/economic development background)
   
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
   
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in our community
   

This position is central to the success of Shawnee Forward — you’ll work closely with the President & CEO, our members, and community leaders to ensure smooth operations and meaningful impact.

Location: Onsite in Shawnee, OK
Hours: 40 hours/week + occasional early morning, evening, or weekend event support
